一、概述：SAY ALL

HMC系列单机冲除尘器是我公司在总结国内外各种产品优点的基础上，由我公司自行开发专为水泥厂库顶、库底、皮带输送及局部尘源除尘而设计的，也可以用于其它行业的局部尘源除尘用，采用脉冲吹清灰方式，具有体积小，处理风量大，净化效率高，滤袋使用寿命昌，维修量校，运行可靠的优点。

二、结构及工作原理

STRUCTURE AND WORK PRINCIPLE

该系列除尘器基本结构由风机、箱体、灰斗和清灰系统等组成，该系列除尘器共有六个规格，分A、B二型，A型设灰斗、B型无灰斗。含尘气体进入除尘器，通过内部装有金属骨架的滤袋进行过滤，净化后的气体经清灰室由风机排出，除尘器的凊灰程序是由控制器根据工艺条件调整确定的。除尘器工作时，随着滤袋外面的灰尘逐渐增多，除尘器的阻力也不断增加，当达到设定值是时，凊灰控制器发出凊灰指令，将滤袋吹胀，变形振动，把滤袋外面的尘粉清除下了落入灰斗，凊灰工作全部结束，除尘器恢复正常工作。

That series dust-precipitator basic structure is composed of the machine, case body,ash hopper and clean-ash system etc. That series dust-precipitator has six specifications totally, it is divided into A and B types, The type A establishes ash hopper and type B have no ash hopper, Containing the dust air gets into dust-precipitator, have matal frameworks of filter bags to carry on percolation through an inner part,The air after purifying isejected by the aire machine through the clean-ash room,the clean-ash procedure of dust-precipitator is adjusted assurance according to the craft condition bu the controller.When the dust-precipitator works,along with filter bags outward appearance dust to increase gradually,the resistance of dust machine also increases continuously.While attaining initial calue,the clean-ash controller issues clean-ash instruction,makes the filter bags to blow blge,transforming and vibratiing,enables the dust of filter bags outward to clearance come down fall into ash hopper,clean-ash work all is over,the dust machine recovers a normal work..

五、订货须知：

THE INDENT NOTICE

1、除尘器主机包括：壳体、灰斗、滤袋装置、进出风口和脉冲喷吹系统。

2、除尘器的控制器，一般按定时清灰控制，如用户需要其他方式，应在合同中注明，便于更好的为用户服务。

3、本系列除尘器装袋分为上揭盖，侧开门二种方式，用户可根据现场的空间自行选择。
