一、概述

     分室脉冲喷吹袋式除尘器是在总结国内外同类产品优点的基础上，应用世界先进技术，由我厂自行开发设计的新型高效除尘设备。它综合了分室反吹和脉冲喷吹清灰类袋式除尘器的优点，克服了分室反吹强度强度不够，脉冲喷吹清灰和过滤同时进行的缺点，因而扩大了袋式除尘器的应用范围。由于这种类型除尘器的结构有其特点，所以提高了除尘效率，延长了滤袋的使用寿命。

本系列产品可广泛应用于水泥厂的破碎、包装、库顶、熟料、冷却机、立窖和各种磨机等除尘系列，尤其适用于含尘浓度特高气体的除尘。（如带O-SePa选粉机的粉磨系统、含尘气体浓度可达1000g/Nm³以上）且经除尘器过滤后的气体浓度小于100mg/Nm³。该除尘器除用于水泥工业外，也适用于冶金、化工、机械和民用锅炉等废气的除尘。

本系列除尘器为户外式，有不同室数和不同滤袋组成。共有33种规格，该系列除尘器可正压或负压操作，其除尘效率可达99.9%以上。

This series dust-precipitator is type outdoor,have different room and each room different filter bag to constitute.there are 33kinds of specifications,The series dust-precipitator can be operatedwith positive pressure or minus pressure,the dust extracting efficiency more than 99.9%.

                       三、安装与维护

        INSTALLATION AND MAINTENACE

1.       本除尘器为全钢结构外壳，因此必须严格按照设计图纸安装与验收。

2.       收尘器壳体安装时，侧壁于各室之间的隔板要有良好的的密封性。

3.       各室提升阀和脉冲阀的动作要灵活、正确（电磁阀不通电时，提升阀为开启状态）。

4.       压缩空气管道和阀门连接处，不得有漏气现象清灰时间控制器应准确可靠并能调整。

5.       除尘器运行时应随时监视排放情况，如发现烟囱冒灰，说明烟气短路，有破袋现象出现，或是上花板与收尘室密封不严，应查明原因并及时处理。

6.       定期清洗空压机吸入口的过滤器和储气罐出口的油水分离器，检查压力表的指示值，保证其上、下值为7ⅹ10⁵Pa和5ⅹ10⁵Pa。

7.       应定期检查气缸给油器的油量和气缸润滑情况，检查油水过滤器，检查提升阀的阀杆是否变形。

8.       排灰装置要保证加油点定期加油，并定期清除由于粉尘潮湿引起结块和起拱的故障。

9.       处理含湿度比较大及其有腐蚀性气体时，除尘器引风机在停止运行前，除尘器必须清灰，把滤袋上的积灰清除干净，并将灰斗内的灰尘排净，以防停机后灰尘在滤袋内和除尘器灰斗内结块，影响除尘效率和设备使用寿命。

1.       The dust-precipipitator’s shell is all-steel structure,so must according to strictly design chart to install and acceptance.

2.       The dust-precipipitator’s shell body is installing,the baffle plate between each room and side wall must have better sealing.

3.       The action of hoist valve and pulse valve each room should sensitive and right(electromagnetism valve doesn’t electnify,hoist-valve is open condition).

4.       Compressed air pipe and connection piace of valve ,can not have leak air appearance ,clean-ash time controller should accurate ,reliable and can be adjusted.

5.       When the dust-precipipitator’s is operation shouid keep watch exhaust circumstance at any time .If discovering the chimney emits ash ,explaining the smoke is short circuit,having broken bag appearance ,or uphoie plate and collect dust roomdon’t seal completely ,should find out reason and handle in time .

6.       Periodically clean the filter of empty-press machine drawing entrance and oil-water separator of airtank exit.Checking an indicate data of pressure manometer ,promising its uo-data is 7 ⅹ10 ⁵ Pa and down-data is 5 ⅹ10⁵Pa.

7.       Should check periodically oil-amout of air cylinder’s give-oil machine and lubricate circumstance of air cylinder .Checking the oil-water filter ,checking the valve stem of hoist-valve is transformation whether.

8.       The dischange ash device should promise refuelling piace to be lubricated periodically,and periodical cleaning because of dust damp cause breakdown of agglomeration and arch camber.

9.       Handle the air of containing humidity bigger and having corrosion air ,lead-breeze machine of the dust-precipipitator before stopping operation ,the dust-precipipitator must clean ash ,Making accumulation ash of filter bag clean out ,and making the dust in the ash-hopper dischage cleaning ,in order to shut down after ,preventing the dust in the filter bag and in tht ash-hopper of dust-precipitator agglomeration ,influencing the efficiency of duste extracting and eguipment’s service life .

                四、设备的调试与使用

           ADJUST-TEST AND USAGE

1.       在设备安装完毕后，应仔细检查机内是否有杂物，如有应清除出去。

2.       检查滤袋安装是否符合要求，压缩空气压力应保持在（5~7）ⅹ10⁵  Pa，检查各连接处是否有漏气。

3.       通过清灰时间程序控制器，检查提升阀和脉冲阀是否动作协调和符合设计要求。

4.       检查各仪表与除尘器执行元件的连接是否正确，全部检查完毕合格后可按如下程序调试试车。

①     起动排灰装置，检查复合工作要求。

②     起动主风机，注意观察除尘器空载运行的工作情况。

③     逐室检查脉冲清灰的情况，观察滤袋抖动的情况是否正常。

④     除尘器开始负载运行，应让灰尘慢慢积聚在滤袋表面，过一段时间后，可将反复实验所得最佳效果的控制参数，固定在，程序控制器内，实现正常控制、如排除粉尘浓度不正常，而且除尘器压差过低，此时应检查滤袋是否有滤袋破损或是漏气，应及时检修或是更换滤袋。

1.       After the equipments is installed complete,should be careful to check inside machine have miscellaneous objects wether ,if having ,should clean out .

2.       Checking the filter bag is installed accord with the demands wether ,the compressed air’s pressure should keep in(5~7) ⅹ10⁵ Pa,checking each connected piace leak air whether .

3.       By clean-ash time controller ,checking hoist value and pulse value is action coordinate and accord with the design demands whether .

4.     Checking each gauge and performing unit of the dust-precipitator is connected right whether.After all checking is completed, and it is qualified can de adjust-test and test run according to the procedure following.

①     Starting dischange ash device ,and checking accord with the work demands.

②     Starting main air machine ,noticing observation the dust-precipitator circumstance of no load operation .

③     Checking the circumstance of pulse clean-ash room by room ,observas circumstance of the filter bay’s shaking is normal whether.

④     The dust-precipitator starts loading operation ,Should make the dust to gather on filterBag surface slowly,after a period of time, control parameter of the best result have been gainedFrom test again and again , fixes in the procedure controller, ralizes a normal control,ifDischaged dust concentration isn’t normal, and the dust-precioipitator’s pressure-difference is lowToo,should check the filter bag is breakage or leak air whether at this moment,should check toReair or replace the filter bag in time.

负荷试车24小时后，除尘器正常运行，轴承温度不大于80℃，电机温度不大于50℃，即可投入正常运行

Loading test run after 24 hours, the dust-percupitator operates normally, the temperature ofBearing is no bigger than 80℃,the temperature of electrical machinery is no bigger than 50℃,Then can put into operation normally.

五、用户须知（供货范围）

     NOTICE TO CUSTOMER (SCOPE OF PROVIDE GOODS)

1．  除尘器主机包括：壳体、灰斗、滤袋、骨架、进出口风管、排灰装置和脉冲喷吹系统

2．  （包括脉冲阀、管道、阀门、气源三连件和储气罐等）。

3．  与设备配套的引风机，空气压缩机及设备以外的进，排气管、压缩空气管路、外部保温

4．  材料及保温层防护板由用户自理（风机、空气压缩机及保温材料等我厂可为代办）。

5．  本设备只提供主机，基础部分由用户自行考虑，设备照明由用户自行配备。

6．  除尘器的电控部分，一般按定时清灰控制，订货时需单独签约，电气控制装置与本体的连接由用户自理。

7．  本除尘器运输方便，小型号采用整机发运，大型号采集散件出厂，并配有设备发货明细，为方便用户系统设计和安装，我厂可提供安装使用说明书，也可应用户只需派人进行现场安装，调试技术指导。

8．  用户可根据本说明书选用合适的除尘器，如用户要更换滤布或有其他特殊要求，

9．  可直接与我厂联系按其要求设计制造。

10．              水泥厂主要尘源点的含尘浓度和脉冲喷吹袋式除尘器的净过滤风速建议值。

1. The dust-precipitator mainbody includes:shell-body, ash hopper,the device of filter bag, exits and entrances blow pipe,clean-ash device and pulse spay-blow system(include pules ualuse, pipes, valves,three connetion of air source and air tank etc. )
2. Lead air machine with a complete set of equioment, air compressor and enter-exhaust pipes of outside the equioment, compressed air pipe run,oneself by customer.(air machine,air compressor and thermal insulation material etc.can be handled for you by our factory).
3. This equioment provide a mainbody only,the foundotion parts is considered for ineself by custormer, illumination of equipment is provided for oneself by cuistomer.
4. The electrical control parts of the dust-precipitator is controled in fixed time clean-ash generally,need to sign a contract alone while ordening, electrol control device is connected with mainbody that it is provided for oneself by customer.
5. This dust-percipitator tansport is convenient,the small type adopts whole-machine transport,the large type is dispatched from the factory adoption bulk,and praviding deliver goodsdetail of the equipment,convenient for customer stystem design and install, our factory can provide to install usage manual, can also according to the customer’s need,and sending the person to carry on the spot installation,adjust-test and guidance.
6. The customer according to this manual can shoose suitable dust-precipitator,if the customer wants to replace the filter clothes or other special requests, can contact with our factory directly, and according to its requests to design and make.
